We want to thank you for your inquiry into our company for your professional management services for your rental property. Our goal  is to provide professional management services to all of our clients. This includes working with you to maximize the potential of your investments.

As your management company, we will provide the following services:

  • Attract interest from prospective tenants
  • Review interior and exterior of the property to ensure 
    advertisements in the Internet , newspaper's classified and other.
  • Install "For Rent" signs on the property
  • Provide list of all current vacancies to walk-in customers
  • Evaluate all prospective tenants
  • Obtain and review rental history
  • Review employment history
  • Verify employment and income amount, through pay stubs or employer verification.
  • Confirm wage verification
  • Verify social security card and drivers license
  • Produce and evaluate credit report
  • Check credit references
  • Rent is collected in a timely manner
  • Periodic drive-by visual inspection.
  • Walk through inspections are done yearly.
  • when a new tenant has been in the property 3 months, we do a walk through to make sure the property is being taken care of.
  • Maintain properties
  • Provide on-call 24-hour maintenance service to ensure customer satisfaction and tenant retention
  • Conduct general maintenance with our in-house maintenance crew
  • Work with Home Warranty Companies when applicable
  • Provide accounting services
  • Customize your account to fit your needs
  • Provide itemized comprehensive monthly income and expense statements with current and year-to-date totals
  •  Mortgage or insurance payments can be paid from the rent proceeds.
    Rent Collection as per your needs.
  • Pay all reoccurring bills, such as gardening, utilities, insurance, etc.
  • Year-end statement

 


 

 

KEY POLICY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

Below is the “Key Checkout Policy” for Realty Elite Group Management.

  •  This policy applies to all persons who want to view a property we manage. All prospective tenants must view the property prior to placing an application. Their signatures are required in acknowledgement that they have read this statement.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers License, or valid California ID card
  • There is a $50.00 cash deposit required.
  • You may have up to 3 sets of keys for the $50.00 deposit.
  • You are allowed 3 hours for keys cheked out prior to 3:00 PM.
  • Keys are not checked out after 12:00 noon PM on  Saturdays or Sundays.
  • By reading and signing this form, you agree to have all keys returned with the allotted time or you will loose your deposit.
  • Do not adjust the Heat or A/C controls at the property you view.
  • Please be sure all lights are off when you leave!.
  • Please be sure all doors are shut and locked when you leave!
  • .Please only lock the dead bolts when you can lock it with keys!
